Nuestro grupo está interesado en entender los mecanismos fisiológicos asociados a la respuesta de los ectotermos frente al calentamiento global, bajo un contexto ecológico-evolutivo. Además, a través de la metagenómica, estamos empezando a explorar cómo las comunidades microbianas responden frente a distintos factores de cambio global (cambio de uso de suelo, contaminantes, calentamiento global).
