Explorar la relación entre diversidad microbiana y servicios ecosistémicos. Específicamente, nos preguntamos si los ecosistemas naturales circunscritos a las viñas afectan a la diversidad microbiana de estas y a las características de sus vinos. Nuestro objetivo es también promover el empleo de esta información para planificar el uso de suelo.
